Winona Lighting, a leading lighting developer known for its custom lighting projects, was tasked to refit and refinish Saint Paul City Hall's light fixtures. The objectives were to upgrade the light sources for functionality and energy efficiency as well as to return the fixtures to their original aesthetic and art deco glory.
